1. Return Period:

We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of fulfillment. Sale items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, email us at support@mytaurean.com. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.

4. Exchanges:

  • Free exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color.
  • Mail-in returns will incur a $6 shipping label fee, which will be deducted from your online credit.

  • Returns are eligible for online credit only.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
